Set program_name on connectionString or somewhere else

Even after read the discussions about including connectionAttributes, I'm not sure if there's a way, or if the feature was included.
Did it?

I'm trying to set "program name", in order to recognize the proccesses at mysql serverside.

It was implemented once, but reverted because it's too difficult to write it in DSN.
It was mistake that we chose URL as DSN.

We may be able to support it via Connector Interface. (#778)
But we has serious bug which cause rase (#903). I want to fix it before adding any new feature. (#905).

• But we don't merge pull request by self approval. So I can't merge fix race on cancelling context passed to QueryContext #905.
• No other maintainer are active to solve rows.Close() must not overwrite buffer #903.

So we are stuck for now until other maintainer came back.
