Fix membership infering for methods

Improve inferMembership to allow to use next code:
```js
/**
 * @memberof BigFeature
 */
class MyClass {
  method() {}
}
```
Before this improvement, we have `method` inside
 `global.MyClass` instead of `global.BigFeature.MyClass`
