Documentation for Angular Hello World is not up-to-date with dart editor

Suggest you update Angular's Hello World to take advantage of
the Dart Editor's enhancements.

e.g. choose more appropriate names for html and dart files
other than index and main.

In this way the auto-create of the launcher will be used.
