I am following the tutorial for Angular Dart. Chapter Three failed to properly describe how to install the lib directory, and then assumes it to be installed as angular_dart_demo/rating or somesuch.

When I manually created my own folder (called "rating") under packages, and then created a .dart file (called "rating_component.dart"). the editor won't allow me to change the contents. It is not marked as readonly, and is readily editable with other editors.
