Missing license in npm package for v6.2.0

Expected Behavior

Hi @marionebl, thank you for this package. Would you mind adding the license file to the npm packages? Without it we're not really able to use it, because it makes the npm package a distribution of proprietary code.

This should be fixed in the 7 version range via https://github.com/marionebl/commitlint/issues/426. Could you update your commitlint version and check again?
