What does this issue mean? Is it solved by #51?

This means opening the chrome browser in such a way that it gets reparented when it's immediate parent (sail) goes away. This isn't a concern for at least Chrome, because windows opened by chrome are always opened by some single, central Chrome daemon.

mac has nohup by default.
