The web version of Code started storing recents in the browser
some time back unfortunately (along with some other user data).
Maybe we can convince upstream to revert the behavior since it
makes scripting and provisioning difficult.

I was trying to acquire Recent Open list so I can pass one of the folder path to server through the URL.
Normally I can get the openedPathsList from the local VS Code global state data in $HOME/.config/Code/User/workspaceStorage/state.vscdb, but how can I get from Code Server?
