epi_slide returns date columns in numeric format (18672, e.g.). It is converted from a Date to an integer during unlist.

It would be nice for dates to be returned correctly, but not sure it's worth changing. We don't expect users to return dates often and they can add a manual conversion step to reformat the dates themselves.
