The Google Sheets we use to maintain source/signal metadata are no longer viewable with the links in this update task.

This metadata is used for a few things:

Probably need to update these to whatever the new Google API for accessing CSV versions of Sheets is.

Fixed by re-adjusting the publishing status of the Google Sheets

"File -> Share -> Publish to web"
