Describe the problem

Not clear how to auto install a requirements.txt file, like it's can be specified in a TF container.

You can follow the same instruction here to include a requirements.txt file with your source file - https://sagemaker.readthedocs.io/en/stable/using_pytorch.html?highlight=requirements#using-third-party-libraries

I will update the sklearn documentation to include this as well.
