Transform Integ Test Failure

Describe the bug
I am not quite sure how the internal pipeline consuming the repo is set up, but I believe the test linked below has been failing for a while (possibly early 2021 or even before that) as we are getting tickets of such failure. The root cause seems to be a bad model.
