Add Release Image to Image config for the Hugging Face DLCs

huggingface_pytorch

Training:

PT 1.8 GPU, transformers==4.10
PT 1.9 GPU, transformers==4.11

inference:

PT 1.8 CPU, transformers==4.10
PT 1.8 GPU, transformers==4.10
PT 1.9 CPU, transformers==4.11
PT 1.9 GPU, transformers==4.11

huggingface_tensorflow

Training:

TF 2.4 GPU, transformers==4.10
TF 2.5 GPU, transformers==4.11

inference:

TF 2.4 CPU, transformers==4.10
