Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud Update: You can now configure your EC2 Fleet to preferentially use EC2 Capacity Reservations for launching On-Demand instances, enabling you to fully utilize the available (and unused) Capacity Reservations before launching On-Demand instances on net new capacity.
