chore: fix lfs files that should have been pointers but aren't (#34026)

### Reason for this change

There are 3 files are not migrating to LFS correctly. This PR is to fix them.

### Description of changes

Run the following command to fix the files:

`git lfs migrate import --no-rewrite [list of the files]`
