chore: remove unit and integ test for analytics metadata (#33278)

### Reason for this change

Remove integration test because the one runs by the main pipeline will have construct versions attached while the one runs locally does not. We cannot test it given this change.

Remove some unit tests that import modules from outside of `aws-cdk-lib/core` which will cause usage drops.
