With the beta period coming to an end, we should mark the Parser utility as generally available in the repo, so that for the next release it's picked up and published without any -beta suffix.
Why is this needed?
So that customers can know that we consider the utility ready for production use cases.
Should this be considered in other Powertools for AWS Lambda languages? i.e. Python, Java, and .NET
