Only secure OTA is available. If security keys are not configured non secure OTA should be made available.

Steps needed:

  • Restore non signed and non encrypted OTA feature
  • Rebuild provisioning sketch
  • Fix Arduino_Portenta_OTA in order to check also bootloader type and not only version number

Not needed since we have released this bootloader with version 25
