Arduino 2.0 uploading & no baud rate issue

Describe the problem

I am currently using arduino 2.0 idle on windows 10, And using to program esp32. But when i program its compiles and upload the program to full 100% but the GUI still shows "Uploading prompt" . this problem has occurred now.

I cant see option to change the baudrate.

To reproduce

i have been changing the board manager lib to 1.0 of esp32

Expected behavior

it shows uploading even after the uploading is occurred. And there isn't place to change the baud rate

I see we have another report about this at #1801.

It is best to have only a single issue per subject so we can consolidate all relevant discussion to one place, so I'll go ahead and close this in favor of the other.

If you end up with additional information to share, feel free to comment in the other thread.
