We could not use directly the PRs from dependabot because he's trying to add some modules of arduino-cli as a dependency of the project itself (for example as in https://github.com/arduino/arduino-cli/pull/110/files#diff-bd247e83efc3c45ae9e8c47233249f18R25): this makes the coverage test to fail.

Also it would be nice to have the vendor directory updated as well. I don't know if this is going to be added anytime soon... probably the best thing to do is migrate from dep to go.mod since this is now the standard way to manage dependencies.
