Reporting an issue

Some simple rules to follow when filing an issue in this repository's issue tracker:

  1. Post code. Reporting a defect is not much good if you can't prove it, and while you're at it, make sure to post a [http://stackoverflow.com/help/mcve](Minimal, Complete & Verifiable Example)
