Hi,
please in IDE monitor add an option (choice) ASCII or ANSI or UTF-8 to output to the monitor messages in their native language other than English.
Bug (error):
The interface language IDE does not match (differs) from the encoding of the output to the port monitor. Displaying the text in the port monitor is unreadable, except English.

This problem has been known for a long time, but its solutions have not existed for several years.
