I'm worried that beginners will accidentally click on the [-] icon and then wonder where their code went / think it was deleted. They might figure out that they can get it back by clicking on the [+] sign, but it seems like a potential source of confusion and panic.

Sorry, I missed that default value in preferences.txt template. Thanks for catching it. Fixed
