Testing Live Examples broken #2809

OS: MacOS 10.12.1

In Opera 41.0 with no extensions:
The live examples under table of content are broken, showing 404.

In Safari:
Safari give an alert stating that it is about to submit unsafe forms, clicking ok would proceed to the plunk.

The live example plugins in the text are broken as well, showing a 404 in its place after clicking them(Opera 41.0).

Most likely they are the same problems.

In Safari, they work just fine.
