Documentation Overview / Organization content is out of synch with side nav

Now that the side nav content has been updated (like it) the content Documentation Overview / Organization section (https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/guide/) needs to be updated to match.

QuickStart, Tutorial, Basics, Developer Guide, Cookbook, API Reference don't match the order of the sections in the side bar and some of the naming has been updated as well.
