I just merged a new patch from @narisipalli to the angular-1.2 branch. Please test against that and let me know if it's still a valid issue.

Angular 1.2.0-rc.3 has a ton of breaking changes and a test run against rc3 broke 97 of 111 ui-router Jasmine tests. I should say angular-1.2 branch is ready to be tested in conjunction with Angular 1.2.0-rc2.

Any news on support for the 1.2.0-rc3 branch?

I'm also interested to know about this.

I'm interested too. I'm looking for some way to apply a class to an "active" view, but ng-class is not working. Putting the ui-view within a wrapper and applying ng-class on the wrapper, using child selector on the CSS could be a solution, but it's a really ugly solution.
