Create a new Debug configuration in Jetbrains IntelliJ IDEA/Webstorm

Try to debug and you get these errors:

Note: you will want to temporarily disable the "links" tests by changing describe('links', ...) to xdescribe('links', ...)

Otherwise, chrome will open tons of new browser windows and tabs.
