typescript.java host everytime the last version of embed TypeScript and remove old version of embed TypeScript. In this case when user install new version of typescript.java, embed Runtime cannot be found and it causes crashes (build, completion, etc) because the Runtime cannot be found. In this case, typescript.java should update automaticly with the well embed TypeScript Runtime to avoid selecting the well Runtime by user in the preferences JavaScript / TypeScript / Runtime.
