Docs build broken

The docs build is currently failing with a somewhat cryptic error trace about importing and syntax issues https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_Argv_File/actions/runs/14862174307/job/41729654249#step:2:1072

I'm not certain of the exact root cause but have found that he docs build seems to work successfully under python 3.12 and 3.13, so I opened
adafruit/workflows-circuitpython-libs#38 to update actions to use 3.12.

I'm hopeful that change will allow the docs build here in this repo to succeed.
