I suspect the problem is correlated to a slow internet connection... sometimes I get the temperature and when the connection is overloaded I get 0 C.... is it possible?
ESP8266 Weather Station 1.6.3 is available for download and in the Arduino Library Manager. It's another attempt to address this. See ThingPulse/esp8266-weather-station#140 for details.
Use one of the two templates below and delete the rest.
