Interrupt Exception caught (code = 0xc00000fd, addr = 0x4217b3)

I found an explanation of the issue here. http://hdrlab.org.nz/articles/windows-development/make-interrupt-exception-caught-code-0xc00000fd-addr-0x4217b/

Uninstalling Arduino and installing in my home directory resolved the issue for me.

Not sure if it can be worked around in arduinoEclipse but should at least be documented somewhere.

Running latest nightly build on Win7 x64
