Check wether Sloeber selects tools in compliance with the new arduino IDE way

My request for documenting the Arduino IDE way of selecting a tool arduino/arduino-cli#873 has been answered arduino/arduino-cli#1887
This is great news. Thanks Arduino
So I need to check whether Sloeber does it the same way.

I'm pretty sure it won't because it looks like a way Sloeber did it in the past with failing boards (I may be wrong though)
