Right now the integrated console will sometimes show its first prompt before the user's profile scripts get loaded, causing some weird behavior if the user has a custom prompt. We should wait longer for the configuration request to be sent from the editor before showing the first prompt so that their profile scripts have a chance to be loaded first.

This was another manifestation of #770 which was just fixed.
