Steps to reproduce

Load GH-pages URL for this repo like this one from the README.MD ($psEditor API):

http://powershell.github.io/PowerShellEditorServices/guide/extensions.html

Results in 404 error

Expected behavior

Loads webpage

Actual behavior

404 error
