Android debugger needs device/emulator with external storage (sdcard) attached.

Why is this closed? I'm running Android debugger on an emulator with external storage (sdcard) attached and the error is still there.

Can you open a new issue with steps to reproduce. The closed issue is related to some files being created to the wrong place that was on sdcards back then. Which should not be the case currently.
