Update message for subscribing to NativeScript newsletter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
On postinstall CLI asks the users to subscribe for NativeScript newsletter. However, the message is not clear enough and it does not state the information will be about NativeScript. Instead, it talks about Progress products.

Have a clear message that describes what the users can subscribe for,.

Additional context
The elqoua address where the emails will be send should also be changed from dev_uins_cli to NativeScript_IncludeinEmail
