Environment
Provide version numbers for the following components (information can be retrieved by running tns info in your project folder or by inspecting the package.json of the project):

  • CLI: rc

Describe the bug

tns update someInvalidTag will update the app to the latest compatible version.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior
tns update someInvalidTag to print a valid error.
