Changes are lost when start syncing on another android device

Describe the bug
Changes are lost when start syncing on another Android device.

To Reproduce

1. Create new app
2. tns run android
3. make some changes
4. tns run android on another device
5. The changes from step 3 are not applied on another device.

Expected behavior
The changes from step 3 should be applied on another device.
