I tried to use your example with the webpack2 (https://github.com/aspnet/JavaScriptServices/tree/dev/templates/Angular2Spa) but I was not able to produce the code coverage report. I modified webpack as the following:
var path = require('path'); var webpackConfig = require('../../webpack.config.js')().filter(config => config.target !== 'node'); webpackConfig[0].module.loaders = [{ test: /.ts$/, include: [path.resolve(__dirname, "../app/")], loader: 'istanbul-instrumenter-loader', exclude: [/.spec.ts$/], enforce: 'post' }];
Do you have any suggestions? Thank you.

Sorry, something went wrong.
Did you ever find a solution? I am experiencing the same issue.
