numeric array elements rendered as integers

q=SELECT ARRAY[8.8]::numeric[]

Considers array elements as integers:

{
    "time": 0.002,
    "total_rows": 1,
    "rows": [
        {
            "array": [
                8
            ]
        }
    ]

}

Outside of the array the decimal part is correctly retained.
